The English Language Advisory Council provides parents of English Learners opportunities to:

• Learn more about programs offered to their children
  
• Advise and comment on the development of the English Learner section of the
  Single Plan for Student Achievement
  
• Participate in the development of the school needs assessment and language census
  
• Advise the Principal and school staff on the administration of the school’s language assessment and programs for English Learners.
  
• Provide input on the most effective way to ensure regular school attendance.

The Council meets four times a year on a Friday from 8:30-10:00 a.m. Our ELAC President is José Ochoa.
